About Us
"Integrity Cleaning Solutions, LLC was founded by mother-daughter duo, Lori Hudgins and Tiffany Layton. Lori began cleaning homes in college, and continued cleaning while raising her children. After Tiffany graduated from college, she joined Lori and together they built a larger client base. Eventually, some years later, the decision was made to take things to the next level by establishing a formal business and hiring employees. Together, with their husbands, Doug Hudgins and Lex Layton, they now run a thriving business and have established an excellent reputation in the River Region area.
Selecting the company name and core values was intentional. Doug and Lori have always greatly valued integrity and raised their children to value it as well. After praying about what integrity should look like on a day to day basis, they formulated the Core Values: Honesty, Excellence, Exceptional Service. These attributes are how Lori, Doug, Tiffany and Lex seek to live their daily lives, run their business, and evaluate employees. The heartbeat of this family owned and operated business is to love and serve the community around them with integrity."

"Lori has over forty years of experience in the professional cleaning industry. She takes great pride in a job done with excellence and treats everyone like family. She leads this business with love, conviction, and tenacity. For many years, Lori has also practiced alongside her husband, Doug, as a Biblical Counselor. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially her five grandchildren, and finding creative ways to bless and love on those she holds most dear."

"Doug has been an entrepreneur his whole life, owning several businesses. He has been a Biblical Counselor for many years and loves seeing people find freedom and healing in their relationships with each other and God. Doug is also an avid gardener, and enjoys other hobbies like beekeeping, raising chickens for eggs, and hiking with family. His expertise in relationships with people makes him a true asset to this business!"
Tiffany Layton
Business Manager/Co-Owner
"Tiffany was raised within the professional cleaning industry. For years before this company was established, Lori and Tiffany worked together cleaning residentially. Tiffany has eight years of experience working for corporate financial institutions and served as a business administrator for two previous companies. She also enjoys songwriting, coffee, spending time with her husband and daughter, parents, friends and church."
Lex Layton
​Post Construction Division Manager -Sales/Marketing
Lex brings valuable construction experience along with a background in marketing, and business development to Integrity Cleaning Solutions. His hands-on experience throughout various stages of construction gives him a strong understanding of the quality, detail, and professionalism required to prepare projects for completion. He is passionate about building lasting relationships and serving others with honesty, excellence, and exceptional service. Outside of work, Lex enjoys woodworking, camping, hiking, spending time on the lake, and being with his family.
